Creating Business Hours in Zoho Desk

Here is our approach for creating Business Hours in Zoho Desk

1. Creating Business Hours

1.1 Go to 'Setup' --> Tap on 'Business Hours'

1.2 Tap on 'New Business Hour'

1.3 Enter 'Business Hour Name' and select 'Specific Hours'

1.4 Set Business hour and tap on the button 'Save'

1.5 Now, Business Hour is added
